Synopsis

I never expected my past to become my boss. Fifteen years ago, Morgan Aries was my best friend. Then an accident took his mother, my mother went to prison, and our families were torn apart. I never saw him again. Now, at 26, I finally have a stable job at Morgan Technologies. I should be celebrating, but the moment I walk into my new boss' office, I recognize him. Aries recognizes me too. I know he does. But he looks straight at me and pretends I'm a stranger. I don't know why he hates me, but I soon find out that being his secretary is only the beginning. When Aries is forced to marry to protect his family's business, he offers me a one year contract. He needs a wife and I need the money. It should have been simple. But living with the boy I once loved as a friend is making it harder to remember why we became strangers in the first place.
