Alpha's Ocean Born Luna

About this story

Synopsis

Twenty years ago, a queen with the strongest ice dragon blood in the kingdom was driven out of Lativeran and her newborn egg fell into the sea. Everyone believed the child had died. Maris has spent her whole life in the deep, raised by the Queen of the Coast and guarded by five living Stars. She has never seen land. Then, on her twentieth birthday, black iron chains tear one of the Stars from her home, and she is forced to climb up to a world that wants her dead. On the surface she meets Alpha Bram Halvard, a cold northern commander who hates ice dragons for the storm that killed his mother. He wants no part of the bond that lights up between them. But his father hid a secret about the night the egg fell, and Bram is the only person who can lead her to the truth. Every time Maris uses her mother's ice, it takes a piece of her mind. Queen Ilvane, who rules with a poisoned king and a smile, knows exactly who she is. And someone beneath the sea has been keeping something from her for twenty years. Maris wants her mother, her name and a home. To get them, she must decide whether to chase revenge, risk love, or save a kingdom that was built on her disappearance.
