Let's Make A Deal

About this story

Synopsis

Abandoned as a baby in front of an orphanage, having never known the warmth of a real family, Emma has only one dream: to have a family of her own. Determined, she chooses what seems to her like the most obvious path and opts for artificial insemination. Just as everything appears to be falling into place, Emma receives life-altering news nine weeks later: due to a medical mix-up, she is carrying the child of D'Azzario Dantes, a ruthless billionaire and the eldest heir to a powerful Italian dynasty. Panicked, Emma decides to seek him out, pretending to be lost outside his palazzo. But when she comes face-to-face with him, her heart freezes. Powerful, cold, and unforgiving, D'Azzario gives her a reception she will not soon forget. Realizing that he harbors a deep hatred for all women, Emma chooses to stay silent and flees from the terrifying man.
