My Husband's Son Wants Me

About this story

Synopsis

In the classroom, he's her nightmare. At home, he's her stepson. In the dark, he's the only man she can't resist. Dr. Elena Vance is a master of human behavior, but she can't explain the predatory, lustful gaze of Julian Thorne, the only student that gives her a hard time. Julian doesn't take notes. He takes space, watching Elena with a quiet, dangerous hunger that makes her professional composure crumble. When Elena's perfect, billionaire boyfriend, Arthur Thorne, invites her to dinner to meet his "troubled" son, Elena's world shatters. The boy sitting across the table, smirking at her over a glass of wine, is the same boy from her front row. Arthur sees a son who needs a healer. Julian sees an ex-lover from a nameless weekend in Berlin who is now trying to replace his dead mother. Forced into private tutoring to revive Julian's spark, the line between hatred and desire thins until it snaps. But as Elena sinks into a secret, dangerous affair with her future stepson, she realizes the Thorne family is built on a foundation of blood and lies. With a jealous best friend stalking her every move and the ghost of the first Mrs. Thorne looming over the estate, Elena must decide. Is she the teacher, the victim, or the mastermind behind a game she never intended to play?
