The Alpha's Hidden White Wolf Mate

About this story

Synopsis

I spent five brutal years in a silver-lined dungeon, taking the fall for a crime committed by my pack's precious adopted Omega, Kacey. I thought my sacrifice would earn my family's love and secure my future with my fiancé, Camryn. But on the day of my release, I returned home only to find Camryn's permanent mating mark on Kacey's neck. My family didn't welcome me; they looked at me, a supposedly wolfless defect, with pure disgust. To secure her position, Kacey smashed a solid silver incense burner against her own head and screamed that I tried to murder her and her unborn child. My father and brother didn't even hesitate. They dragged me to the medical wing, strapped me to a chair, and forcefully drained my blood to save her from silver toxicity. As I lay half-dead from massive blood loss, my father coldly ordered the doctors to prepare me for a bone marrow harvest. "A dead cripple serving a living Omega is a fair trade." Hearing my father say those words, the last shred of my shattered heart turned to stone. They never brought me home out of guilt; I was nothing but a live organ incubator for their golden child. When my father tried to drug me for the final harvest, I smashed a glass and pressed a razor-sharp shard against my own throat, ready to die before letting them butcher me. Suddenly, the steel blast doors were blown off their hinges, and through the concrete dust strode the hospital's chief surgeon, his eyes blazing with the molten-gold fire of an ancient Lycan king.
